Distribution Process
Legal & Rights
In order to secure its and the Creator’s rights, Baker+ requires every submitter to sign a Distribution Agreement upon acceptance into the program. In the agreement, Baker+ is granted rights to the discretionary use of the content provided at its own free will. At the same time, the Creator holds all copyrights to the content. By default, the agreement is non-exclusive, meaning that the content can be uploaded to other platforms as well.
Further details and questions will be discussed during the process. Please note that the signee must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age in their respective country) to sign the distribution agreement. Alternatively, a legal guardian may sign the agreement on their behalf. The full legal name of the submitter must be used. This name and any other information will be treated confidentially and will not be shared with third parties, nor will they be accessible to Baker+ Team Members below the Executive Level.
Unfortunately, the signing of this agreement in order to be distributed on Baker+ is not negotiable and must be completed prior to the release or promotion of the content.
Distribution Package
In order to properly display and promote the content, Creators need to submit their designs to Baker+. They need to be attached in the form.

If the distribution package is not fully submitted, distribution may be put on hold or rejected.
Distribution On Site
After the previous steps have been completed, Baker+ shall distribute the media at the next convenient possibility. If a special release date or rhythm (for series episodes) has been agreed upon, Baker+ must ensure the date(s) are met and the content is available at the agreed date.
Once distributed, the Creator will receive a link to their content as well as access to the Affiliate Program. Further steps will then be discussed with the Creator. Congratulations!
